Please can I get help on how to remove account restriction for iMessage because I forget pass code

As noted, iMessage can't be restricted in Settings>General>Restrictions.
Where are you seeing this message? Exactly what are you doing when it appears? Which app are you in? It would be great if you could post a screen shot. If not, post the exact text of the message.
I forget the one for restriction,when I click the I message the message written "your I pad I restricted for I message appears" please help me so solve this problem
Your post is a bit unclear. It's not possible to restrict iMessage. It's not one of the options in Restrictions. What passcode have you forgotten? The one for your iPad? The one for Restrictions? For your Apple ID?
