Can't get to main menu

I just updates ATV software and now I am stuck on a screen that just has the Computers and Settings icons. Can't "menu" out of it.

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.

1. Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).

2. Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.

3. Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)

4. Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)

5. Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

Restarting router worked! I had already tried 1, 2 and 4. Thanks!

Option six is to make sure another mac on your network isn't using the same IP Address. I went and checked my Mac mini and it said another apple device was trying to use the same IP Address I turned the Mac mini off after two of no Apple TV and it started working after a quick restart.
