Mar 7, 2014 12:21 AM in response to DJWillisby Paul Rumme,Thanks for that advice. Work was getting really frustrating because everything ran so slow.
I have a question, though. Can you explain why my printer is responding so much faster to the 'Print' command? For nearly six months now, my printer has taken up to three minutes to respond to a Print command. After I checked the 'Click to play' option, it takes less than ten seconds.

Apr 2, 2014 9:17 AM in response to lahovaryby cj_cal,I'm with you, Lahovary. I've tried all the suggestions I could find online including "click to play" and disabling the flash plugin. Nothing works. Stupid Chrome Helper just rears its head inexlicably all the time. Even when Chrome is not open. Even after I quit Helper in the Finder. Even after I force quit it. It just restarts and wreaks havoc on my CPU. I keep searching every few weeks for a real solution to no avail. Have you found anything yet?
