How do i spend $0.62 of itunes credit?

I have recently moved to canada and i bought a itunes card today but i found out that i cannot redeem it because i have my country/region on united states. So i tried to seitch it to canada but i still have $0.62 itunes credit. It says i hae to spend it but there is nothing for 62 cents. Any ideas on how to get rid of this uneeded amount of money?
