Splashtop Remote Access Problems

I am not able to connect to my MacBook Pro 13" non-retina display from another laptop running Splashtop Remote and Splashtop Streamer. Everything used to work fine before upgrading to Mavericks. However, the weird thing is I can connect via my iPhone and iPad, so not sure why I can't see my laptop from another laptop. Tried it from both a MacBook Pro running 10.8.5 and a laptop running Windows 7. Any ideas?
