Firmware restore error

I am having trouble restoring my iphone 4 using both the ios 7.0.3 and recently using 7.0.4.

I have tried all the listed solutions and non have helped. The restore process is repeatedly ending with error message 3194 during the process of restoring firmware stage. i have ran out of options to fix this problem and my phone is stuck in restore mode only displaying the itunes logo. please assist
