Read about new iPad Apple Store app but can't find it on UK store. Is it released yet?

I've read on various blogs that Apple have released an iPad-native Apple Store app, but searching for it yields no result (the iPhone version is there as usual). If I click a link to it from a blog, a blank App Store page opens up. Does anyone know if it's released in the uk yet or is it likely to be some problem with my setup? I don't have the iPhone version on my iPad and I've tried resetting it.
