Does Apple sell refurbished iphone 5s for a reasonable price?

As the device has just bene out refurbished models would be hard to come by. You can check the website to see if any have been turned in yet.

Apple does not sell refurbished iPhones at all. They only sell new ones. The only way you'd get an iPhone refurbished by Apple would be as a service replacement for a defective or damaged iPhone.

So guys help me please, Iam not in US, but I bought new 5s iphone packed, inside the gadget I found AT&T simcard (box was packaged in a film as new one) inserted in phone
Is it normal that sim card inside packed phone? Question for those who live in US and know subject.
Where did you buy it? If you bought it outside the US, return it and get your money back. Then go buy a phone from a legitimate source. That phone is locked to AT&T. It has no warranty outside the US, and it will not work on LTE networks outside of North America.
