I got a water damage to my iphone 4 and bought a new iphone 4. I set it up on my computer but my messages and calls wont go through. My carrier is verizon but it doesnt say it on my phone. It says waitng to activate.

Is the iPhone 4 you bought a Verizon iPhone 4? If it has a SIM card slot, it's not and it won't work. If it is a Verizon iPhone 4, log into your Verizon account through your computer and and click on the link in the left hand navigation page that says "Activate or Swith device. Or, call Verizon at 800-922-0204 and have them help you.
