My mac is mucked up i deleted everything by accident. I dont have recovery HD i looked up everything but no help. Its a macitosh os x old mac i need helpp!.
PS: It also freezes alot and is very slow. Disk mount is not working either please help me.

Yes, but i found a program that can restore the things in the rubbish bin LUCKILY GOTTA TRY IT!
