how do i downgrade my ipod 4 6.1.5 to 4.3

hi im an apple dev. i need to make apps but my firmware is too high for my xcode running on my imac version 10.6.8 xcode 3 so i need help to downgrade my ipod 4g to ios 4.3 from 6.1.5 please help

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.5

I have asked a similar question, and here what it told me "I'm sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS. Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums."
