Depends what chipset is in it, but...

If not, maybe an Ethernet->Wifi adapter...

Or if 10.5.8 can be installed...

I guess what I'm looking for is a specific device.

Well, I don't know if they can be found anymore, but ASUS 54G had 10.3/10.4/10.5 drivers.
I haven't found any recent ones that had 10.4 drivers, but maybe these...

Alternatively, if you do not wish to search for drivers for USB adapters, you may want to have a look at a wireless Ethernet bridge (also known as a gaming or media adapter). Examples include Netgear WNCE2001 and Linksys WET610N. The wireless Ethernet bridge connects to the Ethernet port of the computer. Setup can normally be carried out via a standard web browser. Typically, no special driver software is needed, meaning that the bridge device can be used under almost any operating system.

Did it have 10.4 drivers then???
System Requirements
Mac® Requirements: Mac OS X 10.5.x and later** (OSX 10.5.x is supported for both PowerPC and Intel).
Thanks Jan. 🙂
Yes BDAqua, it has 10.4 drivers. It comes with a CD which includes: a User Manual, Drivers, and the WLAN Utility. There are drivers for 10.3 - 10.6. It also comes with a cradle and I have used that with a PowerMac G4/DA.
Thank you! 🙂
I thought it used to, but thought they must've changed the chipset!?
BDAqua,
You are welcome and thank you for all the help you provide.
The chipset is the Ralink RT2870. You are correct, the 2010 RaLink software included drivers for 10.3 - 10.6. The 2012 RaLink release included drivers are for 10.6 - 10.8.
Not an expert here at all. After trying three of these devices, just shared what worked for us.
Thanks for your input! 🙂
