Switch Control keeps turning on by itself?

Switch control on my iphone 4s is bugging me so much!!! When I updated to iOS7 a couple months ago I tried out the switch control and I couldn't understand it and thought it was pointless so I turned it off right away. Now no matter what I can't get it to stop turning on by itself. It does it at least once a day, I have tried everything. I have it off and randomly the blue sliding thing will go across my screen, so I go into settings and it's always turned on even though I constantly turn it off. Please help!!! I don't want to have to reset my phone.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Open Settings -> General -> Accessibility Scroll to Physical & Motor -> Switch Control and turn it off. Then go back one menu to Accessibility and scroll all the way down to Accessibility Shortcut and uncheck Switch Control. This disables Triple-Click the Home Button.
