If you mean the Inverted Colors look. Try triple clicking the home button. If that doesn't work got to Settings->General->Accessibility->Inverted Colors. Turn it off.

If the triple click did work you may want to deactivate it by going into Settings->General->Accessibility->Accessibility Shortcut->Inverted Colors and tap it once to remove the check mark to turn it off.
