Import mp3 files into iTunes

I've followed advice here how to take mp3 files from my Windows computer, using Dropbox, into my iPod and my iPad.

Now, since I'm not constantly connected to the internet, can anyone please tell me how to transfer the files from my Dropbox folder to iTunes?

Thanks

iPad, iOS 7

Thank you for that: my issue is a little deeper.

The iPad is not "seen" by iTunes on the Windows computer, only on my MacBook Pro. The iPod is not synced to either one.

I could easily put the files on the MacBook and synch both portable units to that, but I often have different items I need to blend on both platforms, so I used Dropbox as suggested by another assistor, since it's cross-platform.

So, I now have files on my Dropbox account, and all the commuters see them, but I need to install them on each device.

How to do THAT is my problem.

The only way to get music into the Music app on the iOS devices is either to sync from your iTunes library on your computer or to purchases via the device from the iTunes store.

You can sync music and videos from other than yu one syncing computer if yo use the manual method. That method is included here.

iTunes: Syncing media content to iOS devices and iPod

Thus, just import the music into your iTunes libraries and then sync to the devices using the manual method.
