Receive email as iMessage
iPad is used for electronic charting of EMS calls, our dispatch uses an ancillary dispatch of email-to-SMS. I'm trying to figure out how to receive the message in imessage

IMessages can only be sent with an Apple iOS device to an Apple iOS device.
