iphone 4s jailbroken, wifi and 3g problems

okay so about a day ago i went to a friends house and used their wifi then when i came back home neither my wifi nor my 3g allowed me to connect to facebook, messenger, the appstore and some other apps but some apps like safari can still access the internet

i have tried changing my wifi to static, reseting my router, putting my phone on standby mode, turning it on and off and resetting network settings none have really succeded.

please help!
