I am getting an error message that says multiple versions of outlook are installed. any suggestions?

I am getting an error message saying multiple versions of outlook are installed which prevents me from accessing ICloud. Any suggestions

Windows XP

Some users have found that they still had an old version of outlook.exe from an earlier installation of Outlook, even after upgrading. See the end of this discussion as an example: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4556305.

But I have checked, and I DO NOT have more than one Outlook. In fact, I uninstalled outlook altogether (since I despise and never use it) so there isn't even one version. Icloud is just wrong, and sending a bogus error message. Can't believe Apple didn't fix this BUG in the newest upgrade--

What can one do if there is NO OUTLOOK ON MY PC but I get this error message anyway?
