When i go to download an app it says 'this apple id cannot be used for the itunes store' yet i have been using this account for four years, can anyone help?
I'm having the same issue. I tried singing out and back in but no luck. 😟
Guys mine is working now, i sign out on my iphone and i restarted the phone and i sign in and now is working... sorted finally 🙂.
I have it on only one of my apple tv's, the other works fine. Iphone and ipad are ok too. Tried signing out but did not work.
Same error message for me too and logging out and back in doesn't work. Powering off and trying to sign back in doesn't work either...
I'm having the same problem. Tried signing in and out, that did not work at all so I'm just hoping they fix this by the morning with all the complaints I'm certain they are getting about this issue.
One of my ID is working and the other one can't log in.. I don't know how you do it but you're suprising me every day lads.

It's 6:15 and I am still getting the same message when I try to purchase a movie in the apple box.
Signing out and signing right back in just worked for me at 6:16 PM EST
Ok I spoke too soon, just tried on my iMac and it wont work...2 out of 3 ain't bad.....bullsheeeet!
Same on all our devices, tried to logout and back in but error keeps coming up. Apple is keeping me from purchasing more apps 😢
I tried to sign out and now I can't sign in.
I signed out and it won't let me sign back in! I have tried 5 times and no **** luck! ðŸ˜
I'm scared to turn my IPhone 5s off. I just got it and started to restore it from my iCloud.
Mine let me log in for that but nothing else....ugh.
