can not connect to iTunes says fatal unable to process request

I keep trying to sign on to my itunes but says FATAL:: Unable to process request. Please try again. I've tried from my mac and ipad and same thing. I've changed my password too and still the same.

Folks, it is working again! Time is 2:29 EST. Don't make any changes on your end. Clearly, this was an Apple problem NOT something on our end.


Someone was asking what OS people were running. I'm running OS 10.9 on an iMac, and 7.0.4 on an iPad3 and an iPhone 5S.


Thanks to all who tweeted and blogged and posted! Let's hope it remains stable and secure!
