It there any way to control volume for alarm and ringer separately? I use max volume during the day in order not to miss calls and min volume at night so that alarm won't wake anybody. So I have to change volume twice a day - not very convenient.

No, there's no way to do it! Personally, it's the most annoying thing about ANY Apple product, and makes me think that the top brass at Apple are either 1) so rich they have a butler wake them up each morning 2) they don't have an iPhone or 3) they sleep with their heads up their own ....
Seriously, is there one good reason why they would make it impossible to set the volume of the alarm??
They've reputedly just sold 500 million iPhones, and what percent would like to use the phone as a morning alarm? There's got to be at least 1 million people each and every week that get ****** off with this, so why wouldn't they change things ... It's insane, stupid or pathetic - take your pick
The solution is to use the "bedtime" feature. It allows you to set separate volume levels for the alarm.
If im understanding correctly, youre best choice would be to use a third party app for your alarm. You can set your media volume low for that, and keep your ringer volume on high for notifications
Works like a charm thanks. You need iOS 10. Go to Clock, Bedtime, set it up. After that choose Options top left corner. At the bottom you can find a Volume slider for the alarm.

Not sure if someone else has posted already, but you can set this in Bedtime settings (once you have answered all the Nanny questions 🙂)
It's surprising that after 3 years IOS still didn't fix this problem. Arrogance or stupidity, don't know what it is.

Any means any. If there is only one product that offers an alarm then saying there aren't any that offer separate volume control remains correct.
