Hello! I bought Mac pro durring Black friday and didn't get promised gift card. How i can get it?

I bought a macbook pro on black Friday, and also did not receive the promised gift card. The order confirmation email from apple showed "$150 savings" in red, on several lines, but the total price was not discounted $150. It would appear that they are trying to suggest that the $150 gift card amount was deducted from my purchase (it was not). I've shown my receipt to three different people who all said "you didn't get the card, because they discounted your purchase by $150" but when you total up all the add-ons, you can see that there is no "savings" deducted. I'm not a big conspiracy nut, but the deceptively worded receipt, in conjuction with the card not being delivered makes me believe there are a substantial number of people who might think they were credited the gift card value in their initial purchase. It all seems kind of deceptive, and makes me wonder how many people see their receipt and think they received $150 off their purchase, in lieu of an actual gift card.
I called Apple customer service, and they said they could see the gift card in their system, but could not send me the card. I was told they would reimburse the credit card used to purchase the macbook pro. The guy at apple very politely said I could buy myself a gift card, if I wanted one.
If I had not called, I would not have ever received the $150. I've been a big fan of apple for many years, but this all seems pretty shady.

Thank you very much for your answer and that you shared your experience! Yeah you was right! I just have made the same and called to Apple customer service and they said "oh sorry we confused something! we will send you 150$ on your bank account!" So they will not send me gift card and hopefully will send me money back...will see.
And yes its crazy that If we had not called, we would not have ever received the $150! my first and so not nice experience with apple.
