Hello:
I can't delete a safari web site login and password
After tapping delete all there is 1 item still in the box.
¿How can I delete it?

I had the same problem, and the solution was to delete the entries using the Keychain Access tool, found in Applications → Utilities. You can search for the entry there, remove it, and then it will be deleted from Safari as well.
(I had to do this when I changed my email address on Amazon, and all the auto-login pages had the old email addresses and wouldn't update. I tried to delete them from Safari's passwords dialog and ran into the problem you described).

In case someone else comes across this. I think this occurs when there are multiple programs that are using this username/password. I had the same issue when I had the password saved/used by both chrome and safari. After I deleted it from Chrome I was able to then delete it from Safari. You can check this in Keychain access by clicking on the password line and then checking "access control".
