How to move notification alerts?

I am starting to think that I use Notification Alerts differently than what Mavericks developers expect, because the location of the alerts drives me nuts (top right corner). I would like to move alerts to the lower right corner like Outlook. Any suggestions?

I like to set alerts well ahead of the event. Once the alert goes off, I like to leave the alert on screen until the event so I have a continual reminder. With Outlook, this works fine in the lower right. With notification alerts, this does not work because it hides buttons and tabs on toolbars which prevents access to these software controls. I find this very frustrating.

Is there any suggestions on how to get it moved or a work around?

Mavericks allows the Dock to be moved, how about the location of alerts?

Thanks,

Don

Actually there is a replacement for iTunes and I use it on every mac I own. Cause lets face it who wants to read that Terms and Conditions every time theres an update just to find they messed with the UI some more. Go check out Enqueue and be done with it. It supports more formats than iTunes out of the box and can even decode FLAC on the fly without having to convert it to that ALAC proprietary apple crap.

I find the inability to configure this very frustrating. I elevate my monitor so that it's at eye level as ergonomics experts will recommend you do. This positions that top right corner of the display right in my right eye's blind spot. There are blood vessels blocking my view of that corner of the screen. So I can't see notifications if I'm looking at the center of my screen which is most of the time. 😟
