Change iTunes Store Country on an iDevice

2. Tap iTunes & App Stores;
3. Tap View Apple ID;
4. Enter your user name and password;
5. Tap Country/Region;

READ the thread. The answer has not changed.
There is no iTunes store serving Iran. Apple does not do business in Iran and iPhones are not supported there.
