Unable o open icon on screen. It was working but stopped. I removed the icon and reissue it again still will not open .

It would be very helpful if you would say what icon it is, so that we can troubleshoot the issue. In any case, have you tried a reset? Hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.
NNo this did not help. The icon is jackpot party casino game.
Unable to access icon on screen was working but stop . When I try to open it it will not open. Delete icon and put it back on same problem.
