App updates are not showing up in iTunes

The App updates on iTunes (mac) issue seams to be fixed, but now the app updates (downloaded on the mac) won't install on the iPad. New apps (downloaded on the mac) will install, but not the updates.

Updated: after a few attempts app updates (downloaded on the mac) now install on the iPad. I guess the issue is resolved. For now at least...

Yes, it seems like Apple fixed the issue on the iTunes servers! Working here in the U.K. with U.S. and U.K. Apple IDs.

I am in the U.S. with one iTunes account for iPhone 5S & iPad 2. I use Windows 7. On Monday 1/216 I called Apple Care on this problem. The senior tech could not help so sent me to an Apple Store where they replaced my phone. Even with a new phone the updates are not working. I can update apps on my desktop with no problem. In the app screen, my iphone and ipad have the words "update all" greyed out and a bunch of apps show up in the list with the word "open" next to them. It seems they are all the latest versions, but I can't get the list to go away. I have reset networks, updated computer software, updated iTunes, and done everything I could think of. Does anyone else have that going on?
