Same thing happened to me. I am re-installing facebook app then suddenly my phone turned off and on and stucked on the apple logo. When i fixed it I tried to reinstall facebook again and it happened again. Now im so ****** off I want to delete facebook app and I cant delete it even on the settings. I am able to delete it but when I get back to home and turned to the settings, the app that I have deleted was still there. No matter how I tried it keeps on coming back. Please help me..

Thank you so much - I have managed to delete Scrabble and reinstall!!
Does not show on storage but at the screen is writing installing and I cannot remove it . It's google chrome
Try this:
Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete App/App

I have the same issue but just with one app "polar flow" I tried everything suggested and nothing works!
Please help. The apps at the bottom will not delete. They don't show up in the settings and each time I click the x to delete, it just does nothing.
