I have homesharing on all computers activated. New playlists and songs I have on Itunes are not appearing when I access Apple TV - what do I need to synch contenct? Thank you

Not appearing where? Did you actually look under Computers? This is the only place they are expected to appear.
the playlists i have created and new music added to my itunes library on my desktop computer does not appear in my itunes on Apple TV. under "computers" on Apple TV, my homesharing is on as it is on my desktop as well. i have purchased cloud capability through apple.
how do i synch my itunes on my computer with content found through apple tv?
