Apps missing [Numbers, Keynote etc.] on new iPad Air

Just got my wife a new iPad Air for Christmas and set it up through iTunes from the complete backup of her previous iPad...I thought Numbers, Keynote, GBand, iMovie etc were supposed to be included on the new iPad...where are they?

HELP!

I think I will pass on that idea...wish apple would allow merging IDs...makes no sense that I would have to buy everything all over again...you have helped me a lot!!! Thank you for all your effort!!!
