Welcome to the Apple community khnkOliver.

I assume these photos, or at least not all of them weren't in photo stream.

You should be able to recover your photos from a back up.

Do you have a backup?

If not I suggest removing the HDD and accessing it externally (from another Mac) it may be possible to copy the photographs that way.
