My iphone 4S is out of configuration

I can't access to setting restore due to the size of the actual letters. I only can access to General all settings down to "Restrictions" but not to the remaining Restore settings. The iphone is talking continously and read all messajes, mails, etc. and asking to touch keys twice to activate anyone. What should I do to Restore It?
