Wifi works on windows/android but not mac?

I just had wifi setup in my house and I have 2 windows laptops, 2 android phones, and a desktop that all work fine on the wifi however my mac does not. It says connected, but nothing will load, and I tried restarting, turning wifi on and off, etc but still. It works fine sometimes, but not others. ALl my other devices work fine consistently.

Should I restore my mac to default? I know it the wifi since when I use my phone as a hotspot it does not work either.

Any ideas are appreciated.
