creating folder in vlc

Hi all,

Is there a way to create folder and then copy files in the specific folder in vlc ?

I knew to connect ipad to pc and then select apps and then vlc and i used to copy.But all the movies, tv series are mixed it. can we actually create vlc and categorize that ?
