I just got my new iPhone 5c and after putting 3.8 gbs of music and the Facebook app on it, it says there is no memory left. Why is this?

Goto... Settings > General > Usage > Storage and have a look at what is using what...

I did. I only use 4 gbs music, 500 mb in apps, and 7.6 in other... What is the other? I literally just got this 2 days ago.

Other is usually around 1 GB...
A ' Large Other ' usually indicates Corrupt Data...
First Try a Restore from Backup...
But... if the Large Other Persists, that is an Indicator of Corrupt Data in the Backup...
Then a Restore as New is the way to go...

I restored it and now it says 5 gb in other, and when I put the music back on, the memory for that is now 7.6 gb, when it is only 4 gb of music... I'm really confused.

How did you restore in less than 10 minutes? That's incredibly fast for a full software restore. Did you restore in itunes?
If you restored as NEW then Music would have been zero. So you must have restored your backup. Restore again, and when asked chose to set up as a New phone. Then look at Other before you install anything
iPhone 5c says memory is full, but I only use 4.3 gbs?
