how do I use a Dropbox file as wallpaper on my ipad mini?

Any suggestions on how to make a jpg photo saved in my Dropbox the wallpaper on my ipad mini? I can't see options to save or set as wallpaper mentioned in other posts. When opening the photo in Dropbox I can see COPY or SELECT then MOVE as options, but can't seem to actually copy or move the file to my camera roll or iphotos (or anywhere else on the ipad for that matter).

I've also tried emailing the files to myself, downloaded the attached files but they don't show up in my camera roll or iphotos either (so where did they download to?).

Whilst viewing the image in the Dropbox app tap the Share icon and then choose to Save Image. That will put it in your Camera Roll from where you can set it as a wallpaper.
