The Amazing spiderman crashes all the Time at my iPad mini, any idea?

Try:

1. Quitting All apps: Double tap the Home button and swipe the app preview page up
2. Delete The Amazing Spiderman app (Hold the app icon until it wiggles then tap the x on the top left)
3. Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)
4. Redownload The Amazing Spiderman app (Open the App Store app > Purchased)

Try shutting down all running apps:

*iOS 7 closing running apps*

Double-tapping the Home button will bring up the running apps icons along with an app screenshot "card" above the icon. Tap-drag the app's -card- (NOT the icon) up and off the screen.

Now reset the device:

Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)

1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.

2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.

3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

Try running the game again afterwards. Don't run any other apps, only run the game.

Read the reviews for the game. Just reading the first page, I see a review stating that the game crashes on the iPad mini. Reading a little further, there are many reports of crashing to the Home Screen. Contact the app developer.

Did you contact "apple supp" as you mention above or did you contact the app developer? You should probably contact the app developer as it seems the issue is on their end, not Apple.

Hope you can get it resolved.

Here's what I did:

1: Close all other apps except for the Spiderman app.

2: Restart your iPad Mini by holding down the home button and the powere button until the screen goes completely black. Do this three times in a row without opening the iPad.

3: Open the game and start playing! Ta-da!

Did you reset in between deleting and redownloading?

If so then you may want to contact the app developer.

Did you quit all running apps & reset the device as instructed above?

same for me it seems that it does not work with the ipad mini
