How do I update pages on my iphone

Trying to update to pages 5 on my iphone, a message appears saying this is over 100mb and to use itunes on my computer instead.

however when I try this I cannot see where to update, either in itunes or the apps device.

the apps device says pages is "installed", and when I click "apps" in itunes I don`t see anywhere to update to pages 5.

will pages 5 update automatically when I sync itunes with the iphone?

(which I`m finding difficult because when I press "sync" in itunes for apps, i`m getting this message, yet when I enter & confirm my appleID/password it says this device is already authorized, then I try to sync again and I get the same message again like a loop).

User uploaded file

so I authorize it, then it says "this device is already authorized",

User uploaded file

I press OK, and then then first message appears again (no longer authorized), in a constant loop. >.< grrr.

Start iTunes on Mavericks, and select iTunes Store from the left nav panel. Provide your AppleID and password. Once signed in, select App Store from the top iTunes menu bar. Select the iPhone tab, and then under All Categories, you will see a bunch of Quick Links. Choose Apps Made by Apple, and then Pages. Once the IOS Pages is downloaded, you would then select your iPhone name from the DEVICES nav location, and Sync.

Don't forget to sign out of iTunes.
