Why is video disabled? Can only take photos.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

If you disabled it the camera wouldn't work either. Double click the home button and swipe up to close the app. Open camera, if the video is still frozen try a reset.

now reconnect to wifi

settings- wifi- click network name- enter password - join

if issue persists back up and restore as new via iTunes
