How to post New discussion?

I have searched the Discussions using a variety of terms but never found a method or place to post my question.

I still have no answer but hope this may get tge attention of someone who can help.

I am receiving a large number of emails that say I am subscribed. I AM NOT!!!

In "Your Stuff"I have only two (2) boxes checked 'yes.' They are for discussions I create and notice of helpful or solved.

This is about THE APPLE DISCUSSION.COM. It affects both IOS & OS X ON ALL DEVICES.

The Options provided are not appropriate to " General type" questions.

Would greatly appreciate a reply from someone familiar with the programming and development of this site.

I have Applecare on all devises .. this is not their issue.
