Can you modify game files on ipad

I am playing Star Wars Kotor on the iPad. I'm stuck was trying to use some cheats is it possible to alter any of the game files on iPad? Can anyone help me please? In windows you can alter an INI file and also bring down the console and type into the game text files is any of that possible with Apple?
