Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
at the apple store the tech told us we could use the cloud to store documents then access them from a a PC to work on them and then upload them to the cloud again. I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Where is the web address to find these docs and how do i download/upload them? thanks! :-)

You download them using the same app that created and uploaded them to iCloud.
i know i'm being obtuse, but WHERE? HOW? As in, i need the steps to do this. i can't find the place on the web to see these documents....
You can't view the files in a Web browser.
If you made them using Word and then saved them to iCloud then you need to open Word and the File / Open and navigate to the iCloud location.
i must be really slow today. let me go about this differently. if ii have a word document, how do i upload it to the cloud? what are the steps?

You can upload to iCloud using drag and drop, too.
more clarification. i don't want to VIEW them in the browser. but how do i access the cloud EITHER from a PC or from my iPad. i can't see/find the cloud....

i found the problem! icloud.com is where i need to go. but when i go there on my iPad air, the header just keeps saying welcome and iCloud, but the page NEVER loads.... suggestions?
ugg, ok, i got there but it prompts me to set up i cloud on my iPad. in settings, it says its already set up. but i am using the same Apple ID as i use on my iPhone. should i set up a separate, new id for this device?
