My emoji keyboard sends me to my home screen when I click on them, why?

Try closing all applications in multitasking and power cycling the device. Test using emoji after processing these steps.

If the issue persists, try removing and installing the emoji keyboard.

Hey Jason, I'm having the same issue and I've tried it and it didn't work for me! I even tried hard resetting my phone and still the same

Go to settings > General > reset > CLICK "Reset Keyboard Dictionary"

Works !!

This worked !!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much, I was so frustrated. Chatting was just so dull and stuff. Thanks.😁
