Why won't my photos finish downloading on to my new phone? The are all grey and just say loading. It has been like this for 6 days! Also, any time I try to download an app it just says "waiting" for SO LONG!! Someone help me please?

Ive searched far and wide and no help or this... does anyone know-- is this the apple vacuum now all over the net when something isn't working?
