No. You will have to get a Blue Ray compatible player plus third party software to play Blue Ray discs.

Apple considered Blu-Ray a doomed technology and decided never to go thru the licensing ringamarole in order to have that functionality. Given the fact that my local music and video shop is virtually giving away its Blu-Ray inventory for a few bucks a pop (compared to what they cost when they came out), I guess they were right.
But you can buy an external drive and the software to run it.
If you want to play bluray disc, you need a external bluray drive and a third party bluray player like Macgo Mac Bluray Player and VCL Blu-ray player software, as Mac itself doesn't support bluray. Neither CD drive nor DVD drive read Bluray. It's picky!
None of macbooks reads blu-ray. You need an external blu-ry drive.
