I replaced the HDMI câble with an optical and as a consequence the Apple Tv doesn't work any more

First installation with HDMI worked fine.

Following thé replacement by optical câble it does not want to work any more.

Shall I per form a reinitialization or do I miss à parameter ?

hdmi is for video and audio

optical is for audio only

optical is muted if hdmi is not connected
