Problems with screen rotating

Try resetting by pressing and holding the power and home buttons approximately 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. If that does not work try going into Setting>General>Reset>Rest All Settings. Last resort do make backups of all your stuff before you try restoring. Do a Restore from backup Or Restore from iTunes as new. luck. If still not working may be a hardware issue, contact Apple Genius Bar, set up appointment to have your iPod checked out. Good luck.

Is the lock on?

iOS: Screen does not rotate

Illaass if the lock was on, why would it still work when Samuelson plays a game? Wouldn't the lock stop all motion activity?

The lock locks screen rotation, it does not prevent the sensor from sensing motion for game input.

I did not know that. I thought locked was locked. Thanks Illaass.
