How are you trying to access it?

Have you set it up in Settings->Mail, Contacts & Calendars?

Is it a commercial email service like Gmail or Hotmail, or is is it a Private email like your office email or your ISP's email?

Give as much detail as possible about the issue.

What else have you tried but failed to mention.

O.k. So you have gone to Settings->Mail, Conacts & Calendars->Add Account and selected the Outlook.com option?

Entered your Hotmail details there and it won't connect?

that's the mail server What's wrong with it? Do you get an error?
