How can I find out if my Iphone has been jailbroken?!, I think my ex has installed spyware to spy on me, an I have red that the iphone has to be jb for spyware to work. Can anybody help me?

Here we are in 2017, and hacking IS a thing, Apple Support, all the way up to the White House. I am appalled at the answers given in this thread.
Miss Magic had legitimate questions about her phone's security issue, and this thread blew her off.
Following up on leads to possible security breaches is the ENTIRE name of the game, folks.
I hope future threads in Apple Support Community will take it more seriously when an Apple User writes in for support.
The post is almost a year old, they have moved on.
The only way to install spyware on an iOS device is to jailbreak it.
Doing a full restore wipes it all out.
If they have your Apple ID password, change it.
