There is no version of Java for iOS. If you need to work with a web site that requires Java, you can try VirtualChrome, the only third-party browser I'm aware of that says it also supports Java. Note that you're actually running a virtual session on their server, so if this site is one that contains sensitive information, this may not be a viable solution for you.
